Bringing a Patient? PLEASE DO!

Patient Conference Instructions:

    1. Please use the following patient submission form link.
    2. Send pathology slides, well in advance, to the specified pathologist, note that they are for the WSDA Lecture Series.
    3. Take authorized photos of the patient’s condition
    4. Create a brief PowerPoint
      • The assigned pathologist will make their own PowerPoint presentation.
      • Patient Conference is not recorded due to HIPAA restrictions so be sure to take notes.
    5. Finally, we ask all presenters to join before the meeting to get ahead of any technical issues, you will be contacted with the time.
